We are shipping Australia wide using preferred Australia Post. Unfortunately, as the products are large, we can not send to PO boxes.
If you live in Townsville, pick up is available in Railway Estate 4810 (at agreed time). Simple select 'pick up' upon checkout and I will contact you with our pick up address and further details.
If you have an urgent order, send us an email with your required dates and we will aim to get your finished order in time.
All products are made to order and personalised which unfortunately means that your order cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any damaged goods due to shipping must be notified to us within 3 days of receiving the goods. Please provide satisfactory photo evidence that damage was caused during transit. If you have any questions regarding returns please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
